Is there a concierge service at the hotel?
Yes, our concierge is at your disposal to organize your activities, excursions, transfers, restaurant reservations, and any other special requests you may have. We will be happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in the room price.
Only extras (lunch, dinner, drinks, treatments, or additional services) will be charged.
What time can we arrive and depart?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
If you would like to check in early or check out late, please let us know in advance, subject to availability.
Does the hotel have a spa?
Yes, our spa has two massage rooms, a traditional hammam, and an indoor pool. Our treatments are carried out using natural oils, which you can also purchase on site.
Can we dine on site?
Yes, our restaurant offers traditional Moroccan cuisine carefully prepared by our chef Nadia.
It is also possible to reserve the terrace in the evening for a romantic dinner (please notify us 24 hours in advance).
Do you offer wellness activities?
Yes, we have partnerships with several yoga and Pilates clubs in Marrakech to offer you a complete relaxation experience.
Does the hotel offer a transfer service?
Yes, we can arrange your transfers to and from the airport, as well as private transportation upon request.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or cash (dirhams, euros).
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
